Making Reservations

We find we’re best able to help our guests when they call us directly. We use technology where it works best, so we still provide quotes by e-mail. But, we know we can more effectively handle your individual needs by phone. Just give our toll-free reservation line a call at 1-800-464-4690. You’ll find our staff helpful and friendly.

Our front desk and reservation lines are open 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. During the off season, we shorten these hours to help keep our rates low.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to one nights stay plus tax. We will refund a deposit, minus a $10 processing fee, if we receive notification of your cancellation at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.  Cancellation within one week results in forfeiture of the deposit.

For groups and some event or holiday periods, different policies may apply. Full  remaining payment for your stay is due upon arrival and may be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover). We offer no refunds for early checkouts.

All Rooms are Non-Smoking

For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow smoking inside any part of our facility. We provide some very comfortable outdoor areas in summer where guests may smoke. Because of the extensive cleaning required, there is a $100 charge for smoking inside.
